Refund policy

If you change your mind about your purchase, MDM is happy to exchange or refund the item as long as it is in as new, saleable condition (including original packaging) - unused, unopened and unworn and returned within 30 days of original dispatch.

Outlet items are final sale and not accepted for return unless deemed faulty.

Unless the product is faulty, all additional postage costs for returning items will be at your expense. 

NOT THE RIGHT SIZE? 

We take great care to ensure that our product sizing is accurate and consistent with our suggested measuring methods. However, certain factors can affect foot measurement including accuracy of measurement, the possibility that you printed the guide incorrectly, extreme heat or cold, recent physical activity and general condition of the foot. 

If your footwear or clothing purchase is the incorrect size we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange. For these returns you are required to pay for return postage to MDM. 

Clothing must be returned within 30 days. Please make sure items are as new, unworn and unwashed with all clothing tags still attached to garments. 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN 

Wrap the item securely and enclose your receipt (we send this out with your order) and reason for returning and send to:

Once we have received the returned products, exchanges will be processed within 24 hours and refunds or credits processed within 7 working days. Refunds will credit the original account of payment. 

IMPORTANT: MDM takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending the items.
